Address (includes street address, city, state and postal code) - This information will be used to send the requested information, information regarding CFO Services and our company, and possibly for follow-up contact after the requested information has been provided in order to ensure that the Visitor is satisfied or to answer any additional questions.
Phone Number and Size of Company - This information will be used to follow-up with the Visitor to answer any additional questions or provide additional information.
Entity Designation - This information helps us to better understand the nature of a Visitor's request, and also allows us to provide the most relevant tax incentive information available regarding the company's specific tax designation.

Summary Information Collected on the CFO Services Web site

The CFO Services Web site, like many sites, automatically collects anonymous information regarding Visitors to this Web site. This information includes, but is not limited to: the pages accessed by Visitors within our Web site, a Visitor's computer IP address, internet Domain Address, and the length of a visit. We Do Not Share Information
Any information provided to CFO Services by a Visitor to our Web site will not be shared with any entity or organization outside of CFO Services. The information will be used solely for internal purposes, and will be housed either in our secure server (digitally) or in a secure location within our offices (hard copy).

All CFO Employees have access to the information provided by a Visitor to our Web site. Every Employee is bound by a signed non-disclosure agreement, signed at the date of hire that, without expressed consent, prevents them from sharing names, financial information or entity designation, contact information or any other provided information with anyone outside of CFO Services. The violation of this agreement will result in immediate corrective action, up to and including termination and legal action.
